Innovation of the year 2019. Our New innovation is very simple yet the most
essential for a every rural household. We have developed Machine Dhenki with
the same concept of traditional Dhenki yet our piece doesn't need to work
using manual labour. It's operates using electrical energy and produces the
brown rice (Akandia Chaula) upto 1 kg with in 10 minutes where as traditional
Dhenki takes minimum 1 to 2 hour to produce the same. In this machine we can
grind all different types of cereals,pulses and millets and make it into powder
in a natural(Traditional) way which retains the taste,aroma and nutritional
value of the product. All different types of Sattu (Chatua) can be
produced by using this machine. For getting turmeric,chilli powder and grinding
all kinds of spices this is the best option. .
Let's discuss about the advantages and details of our Machine Dhenki(Semi
Automatic Hammer). It's work on a 1/2 HP Motor which is efficient in
electricity consumption of 373 watt per hour. The motor used here with warranty period of 1year. It's works on
220 volt single phase home supply of electricity . In case of any trouble their
is "MCB" swtich which off automatically. Manual Knob is
attached for easy operation. For working in a non stop way two different
pots are attached below. The best part of this machine is that it's takes very
less space of maximum 5 square feet (2.5 feet by 2 feet )area. We can install
the machine anywhere and fix it to the ground using knot and bolt in its legs. .
The most essential feature of this model is that the breakage percentage of
rice is less than 10 percent with more than 90 percent of whole grain rice as the
output. .
We hope this innovation will be a boon to mostly our rural small and marginal

processing of different food products manually and all those people who wants
